Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

• Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days — €4.95
• Free Shipping: 1–3 business days — Free on orders over €75

3. European Union Shipping

• Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg: 2–5 business days — €7.95
• Rest of EU: 4–8 business days — €12.95

4. International Shipping

• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days — €14.95
• Rest of World: 7–21 business days — €19.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged by local authorities. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@aviatore.nl. We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
