2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our store, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable under Dutch/EU law.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already-placed orders.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Order Process

1. You place an order by completing the checkout process.
2. You will receive an order confirmation email — this is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.
3. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept major payment methods available at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment provider.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch within the stated timeframe but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Aviatore | AVTR and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall first be addressed via good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on our website. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
